With a significant volume increase for its strategic and critical material stored to capacity, Client was experiencing an outage of its storage space by 70 to 80% approx as well as requirement of more floor area for packaging. Only solution was to proceed with equivalent new warehouse facility in nearby area. It was also top priority that during expansion no discard of existing conventional racking structure, should be there.
Rather than proceeding with the building of a new warehouse facility, they wanted to minimize cost while optimizing its warehouse storage space.
A state-of-the-art high-density storage system (OPEN NEPTRON) was proposed to them for a maximized space utilization within its warehouse & that is also without discarding their existing conventional storage

To centralize tools and dies storage at one location at shop floor where floor space was the top priority
There was no floor space available on shop floor due to occupancy of heavy machineries with their online stores where they were keeping heavy dies and tools thus decentralized. It was a real challenge to locate a minimum floor space on plan and thereby centralizing there tools and dies storage.
High-density storage system (closed NEPTRON) was proposed to themto achieve objective of centralization, secured, pilfer proof & dust free environment.
